Your contact information is initially uploaded from the BannerWeb system.   Use your LTC Laker Login (LTC email and password) to login and then remove all info except your LTC email.  The system will not allow you to remove your LTC email from your account.


Here are the steps for stopping communication:

  1. Login to LTC eAlert.  There are three sections (SMS NUMBERS, EMAIL ADDRESSES, AND VOICE NUMBERS).  In each section you may take the following actions on an entry:
    • Inactivate (stops communications from being sent to that entry)
    • Delete (removes the entry)

If you are not able to login using your Laker Login info, please contact the LTC HelpDesk and be sure to include the phone number and/or email addresses you wish to have removed.
