⚠️ 1. Be Aware of Suspicious Messages

  • BankMobile or Lanier Technical College will never contact you by email or text asking for:
    • Personal information
    • One-time passcodes
  • If you receive such a message—especially if you did not request it:
    • Do not respond
    • Do not click any links
    • Forward the message to: helpdesk@laniertech.edu
  • These messages are likely phishing attempts

  • Visit: www.vibeaccount.com
  • Attempt to log in to your account

If you are able to log in:

  • ✅ Review your refund preference to ensure it has not been changed
  • ✅ Immediately update your password to secure your account

? 3. Reset Your Password (If Unable to Log In)

  • Use the "Forgot Password" or password reset option on the login page

If you do not receive the password reset email:

  • This may indicate your account email address has been changed
  • Your account could be compromised
