With the Webex Desktop App, users are able to enter Fullscreen mode and divide the web conference across two monitors when content is being shared.

1. Join/Start the Webex session.

2. As Participants begin joining the session, you will be able to change your application's view mode. Look for the Layout button in the top-right corner of the video window.

   

3. Click on Layout, and then choose Full-screen view.

   

4. Once in fullscreen mode, the usual panels that reside in the right-hand toolbar will now be "floating" panels that can be click-dragged around the screen. If someone is sharing content, the Participants' video/icons will also be in a floating panel.

5. Click and drag the Participants panel to your second monitor (panel shown below).

   

6. Once the Participants panel is floating on your second monitor, click on the expand button to make it fullscreen.

   

7. Click on the same button to return the panel to floating.

8. To quickly return to the previous layout, repeat the steps of entering Fullscreen to leave Fullscreen. Doing so will return your application to its usual one-monitor presence.

   1. When the content share ends, your layout will return to a one-monitor presence.
