If you are experiencing Blackboard Login Issues, please do the following:
- Make sure you are using your full student email and the same password as you use to login to your student email.
- Try using an Incognito window for Google Chrome, a Private Window for Safari/Mozilla Firefox, and an InPrivate Window for Microsoft Edge
- Try a different Web Browser temporarily.
- Clear your browser cache.
- If using the Blackboard mobile app, select Third Party Login and then select Lanier Technical College.
- If not using the Blackboard mobile app, select Student & Faculty Login in the middle of the page.
This applies to the "Internal Error Has Occurred" error and is the only solution for it at this time.
