If you are experiencing Blackboard Login Issues, please do the following:

  1. Make sure you are using your full student email and the same password as you use to login to your student email.
  2. Try using an Incognito window for Google Chrome, a Private Window for Safari/Mozilla Firefox, and an InPrivate Window for Microsoft Edge
  3. Try a different Web Browser temporarily.
  4. Clear your browser cache.
  5. If using the Blackboard mobile app, select Third Party Login and then select Lanier Technical College.
  6. If not using the Blackboard mobile app, select Student & Faculty Login in the middle of the page.

This applies to the "Internal Error Has Occurred" error and is the only solution for it at this time.
