to use the speaker phone
press the speaker button on the phone.
The speaker will turn green
You will hear a dial tone
then call the desired number.
To turn off Speaker Phone press the speaker button again and the green highlight will go off.
To Switch from Speaker phone to headset
If on speaker phone, just pick up the headset and it automatically takes off speaker phone.
If on headset press the speaker button and make sure it turns green before you hang up the headset.
*failure to do so will hang up on the person on the call*
